Le carcinome rénal métastatique de cellules claires est une maladie sans modèle animal complet pour l’investigation préclinique complète. Ce protocole illustre deux nouveaux modèles animaux pour la maladie : le modèle orthotopique ment implanté de souris et le modèle chorioallantoic de membrane de poulet, qui démontrent la métastasis de poumon ressemblant à des cas cliniques.
