Die Entwicklung eines dual-funktionalen Konjugats von antigenem Peptid und Fc-III-Mimetik (DCAF) ist neu für die Beseitigung schädlicher Antikörper. Hier beschreiben wir ein detailliertes Protokoll für die Synthese von DCAF1-Molekül, das selektiv 4G2-Antikörper blockieren kann, um Antikörper-abhängige Verbesserungseffekt während der Dengue-Virusinfektion zu beseitigen.
