Minimale erytheem dosis (MED) testen wordt gebruikt om doseringsschema's voor ultraviolette straling fototherapie vast te stellen. Het kan individuele variatie in inflammatoire respons beoordelen, maar mist methodologie voor het bereiken van reproduceerbare resultaten. Hier presenteren we een nauwkeurige implementatie van MED en demonstreren het vermogen om individuele variatie in inflammatoire respons vast te leggen.
