Wir beschreiben hier einen in vivo tötenden Assay basierenden Strömungszysam, der die Untersuchung der Immunodominanz in zytotoxischen T-Lymphozyten (CTL) auf ein Modell-Tumor-Antigen ermöglicht. Wir stellen Beispiele dafür zur Verfügung, wie dieser elegante Test für mechanistische Studien und für die Wirksamkeit von Medikamenten eingesetzt werden kann.
