Dieses Protokoll stellt eine standardisierte Methode zum Wachstum von VX2-Zellen in Kultur dar und zur Erstellung eines orthotopischen VX2-Modells von Endometriumkrebs mit retroperitonealen Lymphknotenmetastasen bei Kaninchen. Orthotopische Endometriumkrebsmodelle sind wichtig für die präklinische Untersuchung neuartiger bildgebender Modalitäten für die Diagnose von Lymphknotenmetastasen.
