Hier werden Protokolle zur Durchführung von Mikrofokus-Röntgentomographie (MicroCT) von drei marinen Wirbellosen-Tieren ausführlich erläutert. In dieser Studie werden Schritte wie Probenfixierung, Färbung, Montage, Scannen, Bildrekonstruktion und Datenanalysen beschrieben. Vorschläge, wie das Protokoll für verschiedene Samples angepasst werden kann, werden ebenfalls bereitgestellt.
