Messung der in-vitro-Cholesterin Efflux Fähigkeit, Serum oder Plasma in Makrophagen Zellmodellen ist ein viel versprechendes Instrument als Biomarker für Atherosklerose. In der vorliegenden Studie wir optimieren und standardisieren eine fluoreszierende NBD-Cholesterin-Efflux-Methode und eine Hochdurchsatz-Analyse mit 96-Well Platten zu entwickeln.
