We ontwikkelden een techniek die gelijktijdig zowel electrocorticography als lokale veld potentieel in reactie op Nociceptieve laser stimuli vrij bewegen ratten vastgelegd. Deze techniek helpt een directe relatie van electrocortical signalen op de mesoscopische en macroscopische niveau, dat vergemakkelijkt het onderzoek van Nociceptieve informatieverwerking in de hersenen.
