Se describe un protocolo para la identificación de subtipos de linfocitos usando proyección de imagen de fase cuantitativa y un algoritmo de aprendizaje automático libre de etiqueta. Las mediciones de índice de refracción 3D tomogramas de linfocitos presentan 3D información morfológica y bioquímica de células individuales, que luego se analiza con un algoritmo de aprendizaje automático para la identificación de tipos de la célula.
