Hier presenteren we een protocol aan te tonen een hemorragische schok model in varkens die gebruikmaakt van de aorta occlusie als brug naar de definitieve zorg in trauma. Dit model heeft toepassing in het testen van een breed scala van chirurgische en farmacologische therapeutische strategieën.
