Een protocol bij het evalueren van antigeen-specifieke T-cel-reacties in de organen van de immunoprivileged van het Ifnar1- / - lymfkliertest model voor de Zika-virus (ZIKV)-infectie wordt beschreven. Deze methode is cruciaal voor het onderzoeken van de cellulaire mechanismen voor de bescherming en immunopathogenese van ZIKV vaccins en is ook waardevol voor de evaluatie van hun doeltreffendheid.
