Hier presenteren we een protocol om te visualiseren van immune cellen die zijn ingesloten in een matrix van de driedimensionale (3D) collageen met behulp van licht vel microscopie. Dit protocol wordt ook ingegaan hoe bijhouden van cel migratie in 3D. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt voor andere soorten schorsing cellen in de 3D-matrix.
