De experimentele procedure op de immunophenotyping van lymfkliertest orthotopic PDAC homografts is gericht op de profilering van de tumor immuno-communicatie. Tumoren zijn orthotopically geïmplanteerd via chirurgie. Tumoren van 200 – 600 mm3 in grootte werden geoogst en losgekoppeld om te bereiden eencellige schorsingen, gevolgd door multi immuun marker FACS analyse met behulp van verschillende fluorescently gelabelde antilichamen.
