Het doel van dit protocol is in detail te beschrijven de techniek van minimaal invasieve aortaklep vervanging door middel van een direct anterieure mini Thoracotomie en centrale aorta cannulation. Deze techniek kan potentieel versterken van patiëntenverenigingen comfort en, door het verminderen van post-operatieve morbiditeit, bevordering van de lengte van verblijf en globale kosten te verlagen.
