We beschrijven de evolutie van een sferoïde gebaseerde, driedimensionale in vitro model waarmee we kunnen testen van de huidige standaard voor experimentele therapie regimes voor hoofd en nek plaveiselcelcarcinoom op cellijnen, die gericht zijn op het evalueren van therapie gevoeligheid en weerstand op primaire cellen van menselijke specimens in de toekomst.
