Hier beschrijven we methoden voor de beoordeling van de cellulaire reactie op acute mechanische stimulatie. In de microscopie gebaseerde assay onderzoeken we lokalisatie van fluorescently-geëtiketteerden biosensoren na korte stimulatie met schuintrekken stroom. We testen ook activering van verschillende eiwitten van belang in reactie op acute mechanische stimulatie biochemically.
