La localisation précise des résidents de l’appareil de Golgi est essentielle pour comprendre les fonctions cellulaires de l’appareil de Golgi. Toutefois, la microscopie optique conventionnelle est incapable de résoudre la structure sub-Golgi. Nous décrivons ici le protocole pour une méthode de Super-résolution microscopie conventionnelle basée déterminer quantitativement la localisation sup-Golgi d’une protéine.
