We beschrijven een werkwijze voor het precisie-cut Lung Schijfjes (PCLS) en immunokleuring ze naar de lokalisatie van diverse immuun celsoorten te visualiseren in de longen. Ons protocol kan worden uitgebreid tot de locatie en de functie van vele verschillende celtypen te visualiseren onder verschillende omstandigheden.
