En este manuscrito, se describe la perfusión hepática aislada percutánea con quimiofiltración simultánea como tratamiento para las metástasis hepáticas no resecables. Este procedimiento se realiza bajo anestesia general en el angiosuite por un equipo experimentado, que consta de un radiólogo intervencionista, un perfusionista clínica y anestesiólogo.
