Vestibular schwannomas (VS) son tumores no malignos de células (SC) origen Schwann, asociadas a mutaciones en el gen supresor de tumores NF2. Se presenta un protocolo reproducible, eficiente para la enseñanza primaria humanos VS cultivo celular que permite la manipulación experimental molecular y celular y el análisis y recapitula la naturaleza heterogénea de la enfermedad humana.
