Live cell imaging van alphaherpes virusinfecties maakt analyse van de dynamische gebeurtenissen van gerichte transport en intercellulaire verspreiding. Hier presenteren we methodieken die recombinante virale stammen die fluorescerende fusie-eiwitten tot visualisatie van virale assemblages tijdens infectie van primaire neuronen te faciliteren.
