Die<em> In ovo</em> Chorioallantoismembran (CAM) wird mit frischem Sarkom-derived Tumorgewebe, deren einzelne Zelle Suspensionen und permanente und transiente fluoreszenzmarkierten etablierten Sarkom-Zelllinien gepfropft. Das Modell dient zur Graft-(Lebensfähigkeit, Ki67 Proliferationsindex, Nekrosen, Infiltration) und Host (Fibroblasten-Infiltration, vaskuläre Einwachsen) Verhalten zu studieren.
