אנו מדווחים על שיטה לבודד מבשר עור נגזרות נאיביים multipotent (SKP) תאים פיברובלסטים מתרבויות האנושיות העיקריות. אנו מראים כי SKPs אלה נגזרים מתרבויות פיברובלסטים חולקים מאפיינים של תאי גזע דומים לאלה שנגזרים ישירות מביופסיות עור אדם. תאים אלה מבטאים את סמן הרכס העצבי, nestin, בנוסף לסמני multipotent כגון Oct4 וNanog.
