Verfahren zur Isolierung von adhärenten entzündliche Leukozyten aus dem Gehirn Blutgefäße<em> Plasmodium berghei</em> ANKA-infizierten Mäusen beschrieben. Das Verfahren ermöglicht die Quantifizierung sowie phänotypischen Charakterisierung von isolierten Leukozyten nach Färbung mit fluoreszierenden Antikörpern und anschließende Analyse durch Durchflusszytometrie.
