Wij ontwikkelden een software platform dat Imaris Neuroscience, ImarisXT en MATLAB om de veranderingen in morfologie van een ongedefinieerde vorm uit driedimensionale confocale fluorescentie van afzonderlijke cellen te meten gebruikt. Deze nieuwe benadering kan worden gebruikt om veranderingen in celvorm na receptor activatie kwantificeren en dus een mogelijke extra hulpmiddel voor drug discovery.
