Ons protocol is ontwikkeld om zuiver en eenvoudig eilandjes of cellen te leveren onder de nier capsule van muizen. Cellen zijn geconcentreerd in pellets in de finale slangen worden gebruikt voor het transplanteren van de cellen onder de nier capsule. Het gemak van deze techniek vermindert de belasting van de cellen en de muis.
