Een eenvoudige methode beschreven voor het analyseren effecten weefsel fibroblasten op geassocieerde epitheelcellen. De combinatie van deze methode en driedimensionale weefselkweek kan worden vergemakkelijkt analyse van cellen na isolatie van 3D. De techniek is voor cellen van verschillende maligne potentieel, waardoor systematisch onderzoek effecten van tumor-geassocieerde stroma op tumorcellen.
