Belangrijke technieken om te worden gebruikt bij de evaluatie van<em> Candida</em> Vaginitis in een experimenteel diermodel beschreven. De methoden zal een snelle inzameling van vaginale specimens en lymfocyten uit drainerende lumbale lymfeklieren. Deze technieken zou kunnen leiden tot muismodellen van andere ziekten in de vrouwelijke lagere genitale tractus.
