Este estudo descreve o diagnóstico de influenza aviária em aves selvagens usando um sistema rRT-PCR portátil. O método aproveita liofilizadas reagentes para a tela aves selvagens em um ambiente não-laboratorial, típico de um cenário de surto. Uso de ferramentas moleculares oferece alternativas precisas e sensíveis para o diagnóstico rápido.
