Ein einfaches Verfahren der Vibratom Schneiden des Corti-Organ, durch Immunhistochemie und konfokale Mikroskopie folgt beschrieben. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht eine verbesserte Erhaltung der feinen Zytoarchitektur der Säugetier-Corti-Organ, und somit ermöglicht eine präzise Quantifizierung der Zelltypen.
