Een minimaal invasieve protocol om de muis te wervelkolom te stabiliseren en uit te voeren repetitieve<em> In vivo</em> Ruggenmerg beeldvorming met behulp van twee-foton microscopie wordt beschreven. Deze methode combineert een spinale stabilisatie-apparaat en een verdoving regime aan de luchtwegen veroorzaakte bewegingen te minimaliseren en de productie van ruwe beeldgegevens dat er geen uitlijning of andere post-processing nodig.
