Snuit uitbreiding reactie of PER is een smaak gedrag test die is gebruikt in vliegt als in honingbijen. Toen de snuit contact maakt met een mooie stof, de vlieg breidt zijn slurf om te consumeren van de stof. Oplossingen van verschillende suikers zijn zeer aantrekkelijk voor de vliegen.
