Hele monteren in situ hybridisatie is een van de meest gebruikte technieken in de ontwikkelingsbiologie. Hier presenteren wij een hoge resolutie dubbele fluorescente in situ hybridisatie protocol voor de analyse van de precieze expressiepatroon van een enkel gen en voor het bepalen van de overlap van de expressie-domeinen van twee genen. We nemen een propidiumjodide nucleair anti-vlek weefsel organisatie te markeren.
