Deze experimentele methode beschrijft een oplossing voor de kinematische analyse van acupunctuurmanipulatie met driedimensionale vingerbewegingsvolgtechnologie.
Driedimensionale (3D) motion tracking is op veel gebieden gebruikt, zoals de onderzoeken naar sport en medische vaardigheden. Dit experiment was gericht op het gebruik van 3D-bewegingsvolgtechnologie om de kinematische parameters van de gewrichten van vingers te meten tijdens acupunctuurmanipulatie (AM) en drie technische indicatoren “amplitude, snelheid en tijd” vast te stellen. Deze methode kan de werkingskenmerken van AM weerspiegelen en kwantitatieve parameters bieden langs drie assen van meerdere vingergewrichten. Het huidige bewijs toont aan dat de methode een groot potentieel heeft voor toekomstige toepassingen, zoals de studie van de dosis-effectrelatie van acupunctuur, het onderwijzen en leren van AM, en het meten en bewaren van de AM van beroemde acupuncturisten.
Als een soort van de klinische vaardigheden van de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde (TCM) en fysieke stimulatie, wordt acupunctuurmanipulatie (AM) vaak beschouwd als een belangrijke factor die het therapeutische effect van acupunctuur beïnvloedt1,2. Veel studies hebben bevestigd dat verschillende AM of verschillende stimulatieparameters (needlingsnelheid, amplitude, frequentie, enz.) van dezelfde AM resulteerden in verschillende therapeutische effecten3,4,5,6,7. Daarom kan het meten van relevante kinematische parameters van AM en correlatieanalyse met het therapeutische effect nuttige gegevensondersteuning en referentie bieden voor de klinische behandeling met acupunctuur8,9.
De meting van kinematische parameters van de AM begon in de jaren 198010. In de begindagen werd de elektrische signaalconversietechnologie op basis van variabele weerstand voornamelijk gebruikt om het verplaatsingssignaal van het naaldlichaam om te zetten in een spannings- of stroomsignaal voor het weergeven en registreren van de amplitude- en frequentiegegevens van AM11. Bovendien is de beroemde ATP-II Chinese geneeskunde acupunctuurtechniek tester II (ATP-II) met deze technologie momenteel gebruikt door vele traditionele Chinese geneeskunde universiteiten van China12. Daarna, met de voortdurende ontwikkeling en innovatie van sensortechnologie, werden verschillende soorten sensoren gebruikt om kinematische parameters van AM te verzamelen. De drie assen elektromagnetische bewegingssensor was bijvoorbeeld bevestigd aan de naaldgreep om needling amplitude en snelheid te verkrijgen13; de bio-elektrische signaalsensor werd op de rughoorn van het ruggenmerg van het dier geplaatst om de needlingfrequentie te registreren14, enz. Hoewel het kwantitatieve onderzoek van AM op basis van de bovenstaande twee soorten technologieën de verwerving van relevante kinematische parameters tijdens needling heeft voltooid, zijn de belangrijkste nadelen het onvermogen om de real-time niet-invasieve meting uit te voeren en de verandering van het bedieningsgevoel veroorzaakt door de wijziging van het naaldlichaam.
In de afgelopen jaren werd motion tracking technologie geleidelijk toegepast op het kwantitatieve onderzoek van AM15,16. Omdat het gebaseerd is op de frame-voor-frame analyse van needling video, kan de meting van acupunctuurparameters worden verkregen tijdens in vivo operatie zonder het naaldlichaam te wijzigen. Deze technologie is gebruikt om de kinematische parameters zoals amplitude, snelheid, versnelling en frequentie van vier volgpunten van duim en wijsvinger tijdens needling in een tweedimensionaal (2D) vlak te meten en de bijbehorende vingerprikfiguur vast te stellen15. Sommige studies maten ook het hoekveranderingsbereik van interfalangeale (IP) gewrichten van duim en wijsvinger met vergelijkbare technologie9,17,18. De huidige studies over AM-analyse zijn echter nog steeds voornamelijk beperkt tot het 2D-bewegingsvlak en het aantal volgpunten is relatief klein. Tot nu toe is er geen volledige driedimensionale (3D) kinematica meet- en analysemethode voor AM en zijn er geen gerelateerde gegevens gepubliceerd.
Om de bovenstaande problemen op te lossen, zal deze studie 3D motion tracking-technologie gebruiken om de kinematische parameters van de zeven volgpunten van de hand tijdens needling te meten. Dit protocol heeft tot doel een complete technische oplossing te bieden voor de kinematische analyse op AM, evenals de verdere studie naar de dosis-effectcorrelatie van acupunctuur.
Deze studie stelde de meetmethode van de kinematische parameters van AM in vivo vast en verkreeg de gegevens van bewegingsamplitude, snelheid en bedrijfstijd van de zes belangrijke volgpunten op duim en wijsvinger langs drie assen. Ondertussen werden op basis van het 3D-kalibratieframe een 3D-stickweergave en bijbehorende animatie van duim en wijsvinger tijdens needling gegenereerd.
