CD4 + T-lymfocyten Capture Met behulp van een Wegwerp Microfluïdische Chip voor HIV

Protocol

Bereid microfluïdische kanaal met anti-CD4 + biotinlayted oppervlak. Injecteer 10 ml van het monster bloed op 5 ml / min in de microfluïdische kanaal met injectiepomp. Spoel het bloed van 20 ml / min voor 20 min met PBS. Injecteer verdunde FACS lyseren oplossing (verdund tot 10% uit voorraad oplossing met PBS) op 5ul/min gedurende 15 minuten.
